Something to remember ...
This is a tutorial that will help you, or at least tries to, draw better by giving hints and tips and the such, you won't become great over night. This will help to either get you started or maybe refine your skills.

Materials

Drawing Pencils : Especially H, HB, and some B's for shading.
Eraser : Duh...I recomend those pencil like erasers...
Pens & Inks : Sharpie to the rescue, markers and such.
Paper : Bristol is good stuff, but any will do really...for inking and the such use thicker papers.
Workspace : Keep it clean!
Reference Material : Magazines and cutouts help alot when you forget or need help drawing something, Internet is better.
Rulers : They help.

Basic Tips


1.)Keep your stuff clean
2.)Keep it organized
3.)Loosen up your hand before drawing.
4.)Keep your drawing clean
5.)Practice drawing AT LEAST ONCE A DAY.
6.)Always keep your eyes open at what you see, it could help later.
7.)Keep drawings neet.
8.)Find a muse or two.
